What we will provide at your Ladies Festival Dinner
We will arrive venue at least an hour in advance of your drinks reception and prepare to photograph your guests upon arrival – we will generally try to find a nice natural backdrop at your venue but do come equipped with a mini studio, comprising backdrop and studio lights, just in case there is nothing suitable. We process all the arrival photographs during your meal so that they are available for viewing later in the evening. With our “instant printing technology” we deliver high quality 6″ x 9″ photos that are presented in quality card mounts and make great souvenirs. When the meal is over, and space permitting, our mini studio springs into action again. The fun starts when your guests discover our props box with feather boas and hats. What does it cost for us to photograph your Masonic Ladies Night?
It’s generally FREE for us to attend*, as we charge guests for the photographs that they choose to buy.
*If an event is less than 80 guests we do however reserve the right to charge an attendance fee to ensure that we adequately cover all our costs and the several hours in attendance.
Considered a Photograph as a Ladies Night Gift?
If you are stuck for ideas for Ladies Night gifts how about providing each lady (couple) with a souvenir photograph. As with all our photographs they will provided in a card mount or you might like for us to install the photo in a frame provided by you.
